A cancellation or rescheduling request made within 48 hours or less of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge to the card on file. These spots are much harder to fill and almost never get filled last minute. A “no- show” to the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% of service fee and will need to make a deposit of 50% of the service fee for the next appointment to reschedule. More than one “no-show” appointment will result in the client being banned from booking.
