Cancellation Policy

I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Because my schedule is reserved exclusively for you, late changes impact my small business significantly. If notice is given within 48 hours of your appointment: • Services under $50 → 100% of the service fee will be charged. • Services $50–$99 → A flat $50 cancellation fee will be charged. • Services $100 and above → 50% of the service fee will be charged. All fees will be applied to the card on file. If no card is on file or the card declines, the fee will be expected at the next scheduled appointment. No-Show Policy A “no-show” (failure to arrive without notice) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before booking a future appointment. More than one no-show may result in the inability to book future appointments. Appointments using gift cards: Appointments scheduled with the intended use of a gift card are also subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies, resulting in the card on file being charged the applicable fee.
